The BRISK Design Bureau has finalized the engineering project for converting the vessel Arka-35 to support the harvesting and transportation of live crab. All design work and on-board implementation were carried out under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
A key feature of the project is the creation of specialized onboard conditions to preserve live crab, ensuring optimal oxygen levels and temperature. This enables the catch to be delivered alive to processing facilities with minimal loss.
