In January 2024, Brisk LLC delivered to the customer, JSC «Marine Arctic Geological Exploration Expedition» (JSC «MAGE»), a set of technical documentation approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), including the Ballast Water Management Plan, for the RS «SAPFIR» (IMO 8700010) — installation of a Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) in accordance with Regulation D-2.
The RS «SAPFIR» is the second vessel of JSC «MAGE» for which our specialists have developed a ballast system modernization project. In 2023, in collaboration with our key partner, work was carried out on project development, system installation onboard the vessel, commissioning, and demonstration of the BWMS functionality to the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping for the TBG «ALMAZ» (IMO 9150224) — an International Ballast Water Management Certificate (Form 2.5.4) was obtained.
